Anatolian Kitchen executes the dishes well. The baba ghanoush is rich and smoke-flavored; the tabbouleh is dominated by fresh, fragrant parsley; the falafel are light and airy, with a delicate, crisp crust. Piyas, stewed white beans tossed in a salad of bell peppers, red onions and parsley, is an excellent and unexpected addition.
